How we handle your data
In short: the form stores nothing, we use no cookies or analytics, and we don't track visitors.
Who is responsible
MIZARSTVO ORAŽEM, proizvodnja in prodaja pohištva, d.o.o., Podgorska pot 3, 1241 Kamnik, Slovenia
Email: mizarstvo.orazem@gmail.com · Phone: +386 31 572 028
What data we receive and why
Enquiries. The form on the Contact page sends nothing anywhere. When you press the button, your own email program opens a message with your name, phone number, email address (if you enter it), the town, the kind of furniture, your description and when we can call you. This website does not store any of it. When you send the message we receive it by email and use it only to reply, agree on the details and prepare a quote. The same applies if you call us or write to us by email or WhatsApp.
Hosting. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. For security and delivery, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address in short-lived logs. Cloudflare transfers data to the US under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
What we don't use
We use no cookies, analytics, ads or tracking code. Fonts load from our own site. Links to Google Maps, WhatsApp and Facebook only open when you click them; from then on the policy of Google or Meta applies.
How long we keep data
We keep enquiries as long as we need them to reply, quote and make the furniture. Invoicing data is kept for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Write to us at mizarstvo.orazem@gmail.com. If you think we are not handling your data properly, you can complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner (ip-rs.si).
